How to Lose Weight

Have you ever tried to lose weight?

Have you been to slimming club's health centres, and tried the grapefruit diet, the seafood diet and hundreds of other diets? And what happens each time?

You lose a bit of weight to start with and then plateau. And then it all goes back on again and you end up heavier than you were before.

Does this sound familiar?  If so, I have an offer which it seems is specially made for you!

How would you like to lose weight by eating reasonable quantities of normal food, doing exercise, and getting ongoing support as often as you need it?

I can offer you this because I have been there myself and done it.  Let's face it, in the end, weight control it is just a matter of balancing the food that you consume and the energy that you use.  We all know that!  But to make it stick, we need continuing support and motivation — that is why so many diets fail.  I can provide the support and motivation as well as giving you information and guidance on eating and exercise.

So, how does this program work?

To start the program you will register on the special website and pay the one-off fee of just $100 US Dollars.  This is equivalent to about £51 Sterling.  If you live in Australia you have to pay GST so the total cost is about $142 Australian Dollars.  After paying, you get redirected to my weight-loss club members website and give me some information about yourself, your life, obviously your weight now, and how much you want to lose. 

I will then send you information on your personalised plan.  I may need to contact you for more information before I can decide this but I will be in touch very quickly.

As you follow the plan you will enter information on the website as often as you feel you want to: perhaps every day; perhaps every other day; or twice a week.  You will tell me what food you have eaten, what have exercise you have done, and what weight you are.  You will also have the opportunity to give me information on how you are feeling and any problems you have come across.

I will send you an e-mail which will give you a summary of how you are getting on with the plan and suggestions for changes you might make to maximise the benefit.

If you are having particular problems and want to discuss them with me, you will be able to leave a message on the website and I will get back to you on Skype or by telephone.

As you progress with the plan, I will adapt it to suit your changing weight.  If you want  I will also give you recipes and other tips. 

When you have reached your goal weight you will not need the same amount of support, but I will give continuing support for a period of six months.  If we decide that a further support after that time would be a benefit we can discuss that when the time comes.
